My aviation leadership experience is extensive, CEO of LST Airport, a role that was part of the executive team at MEL Airport. I have also been an airline CEO and accountable manager, during these roles I have successfully led airlines, operations and strategy, crisis management, capacity recovery, access strategies, destination demand and visitor economy growth.
I was the Access Director for Tasmania, during the time where destination demand strategies catapulted Tasmania’s economy to no.1 in Australia. Currently I am working on complex regional aviation issues.
There are three ways I’d describe my advisory services. First, I run airports or airlines, and I help prospective investors and buyers to understand whether a specific airport or airline is a good investment, whether it is cost sustainable, and how to mitigate key risk, resource, fleet, network and regulation issues.
The second thing I do is help both commercial aviation leadership teams and relevant government transport entities to be better businesses and to better understand tough, ever-changing aviation market dynamics.
I am a proven aviation issue resolution expert, particularly across regional aviation's strategic and operational challenges. It is with experience and fact based know-how that I can help cut through noise, understand problems, and get a few steps ahead on the ladder that takes an airline to viability and long-term sustainability.
